Progress Tutorial with Alex

After the tech meeting with Elaine and Kelly yesterday, my group excluding Emma had a short progress tutorial with Alex to update her on how our project is developing. We informed her of the first meeting we all had with the band, mine and Ceri's visit to the band in Formby where they performed a set at a small bar and the tech meeting which two of the band members (Mike and Andres) attended to familiarise themselves with how the TV Studio is layed out. Alex seemed rather pleased that we plan on filming this Sunday at Crosby beach where a couple of the band members reside to film shots of the beach, the band talking amongst themselves, walking along the beach etc. These shots will be primarily used at the beginning of the promotional video where we plan on using the sound of the Spanish speaking boys voices to accompany the shots and establish their identity and where they come from straight away, which sets them apart from any other boy band working at this present date. Alex did advise me and Molly however, to write the camera scripts we have produced in a more professional format as we initially went with the format technician Elaine advised us to produce which was more simple.
My next task then before next Friday is to write up the professional camera script and show Alex my completed script at our next progress tutorial. I have been provided with a template of how to write a professional camera script of one of my fellow group members which I will use to assist me in adjusting the script I have at the moment.
